President Alex Latimer presented with the Lotte Montgomery Memorial Shield by Troon Portland BC President Peter Simcock after a full 24 a side match, excellent weather. First blood of the season to Alex!

CBC Member Bobby Allison
Condolences to all the family of member Bobby Allison who sadly passed away at the weekend. Bobby joined the club in 1991 but hadn't played bowls for a number of years due to ailing health. His funeral will be this Friday 17th May at 10am in Cambuslang Parish church then on to the burial at Westburn Cemetery. Thereafter to Cambuslang Masonic Hall, Tabernacle Lane.

Alex MacFarlane Memorial Charity Day

This year the final was won by rink Peter Aitken, John Mitchell, Robert Carol and William Aitken

Our sincere thanks to Director Alan Johnston for running the day and Glenda Montgomery for all her hard work behind the scenes which resulted in a total of £1,577 for the Scottish Based chartity Bravehound - supports former servicemen, women and their families and provides training and dogs to support veterans.

Graham Mitchell Templeton BC President welcomes Alex Latimer CBC President,

at our annual parish game with Templeton BC which took place this year at their green . Five triples from each club competed, with Cambuslang getting the victory, on what was a very enjoyable day.
