Ladies
Ryder Cup - 17th July 2010
The inaugural Ladies Ryder Cup competition on 17th July
was introduced and ran by Past President Will.McArthur, ably assisted by
lady committee member Elaine Barton. The tournament format was
thoroughly enjoyed by the ladies and Lady President Ann Phillips
expressed her thanks at the end to everyone for coming along and
supporting this new tournament which was a great success.

The team scores were added and the eventual winners were
the Lady President's team. Individual scores are also kept and the
'most valuable player' on the day was Past President Mary
Russell. There was a 'booby' prize for the 'least valuable player'
and this went to Susan Kirk.
